ReCHANCE was established to address the gap between release from prison and successful reintegration into society, while tackling the wider inequalities that limit social mobility.
Many individuals leave incarceration determined to change but lack access to the support, networks, skills, and opportunities needed to sustain that change and progress in life.
We exist to bridge that gap through structured, consistent, and person-centred support that empowers individuals to rebuild their lives and achieve their full potential.

Our vision is to create a society where every individual has access to meaningful opportunities, regardless of their background or past, and where rehabilitation, reintegration, and social mobility are supported, structured, and successful.
Our mission is to reduce reoffending, improve life outcomes, and advance social mobility by providing mentorship, education, skills development, employment pathways, entrepreneurship support, and community-based reintegration programmes.
